Casa Rolando

The house was built in 2011 and built it for comfort and easy maintenance. It is in a very green and quiet environment.
It's a 200 m2 terrain with, besides the three-story (120m2 and 70m2 balconies) house, a shed, a sitting pool and many terraces with shade and a nice breeze.
Location is 5 minutes from the sea with car and a 15 minute walk to the river. Views of sea and mountains are great.

On the first floor of the house is an open kitchen with the living room and a dining room. As well a bedroom and a bathroom
with natural stones. Nearly everything is tiles only the living room is with blue colored concrete.

The second floor has a large balcony, a bedroom and a large bathroom with natural stones as well. All is tiled.

The third floor with oceanview has a nice balcony and another bedroom that can also be used as an office. On the roof there is a small sunset terrace.
