25. ALL EXTERIOR COLOR IN EARTH TONES, NO BRIGHT YELLOW, BLUE, GREEN, RED ETC.
26. PANELS, METERS, IRRIGATION SYSTEMS & ANTENNAS SHALL BE HIDDEN FROM VIEW
27. GARBAGE, WASTE CONTAINERS, FIREWOOD, CLOTHES LINES SHALL NOT BE VISIBLE TO OTHER LOTS.
28. EACH LOT IS LIMITED TO TWO DOGS AND THEY MUST NOT BE ABUSIVE BARKERS
29. OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WATERING THEIR GARDEN AREA FOR IT’S SURVIVAL
30. EACH HOUSE MUST HAVE IT’S OWN DEVELOPER APPROVED SEWAGE SYSTEM
31. THE DEVELOPER WILL HAVE FINAL APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION PLAN FOR EACH LOT
32. IF ALL IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE REGULATIONS, APPROVAL TIME IS TWO WEEKS

THE INTENTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS IS NOT TO DENY INDIVIDUAL EXPRESSIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTIONS’ DEVELOPMENT, BUT TO FIND THE BALANCE WITH THE NATURAL SURROUNDINGS AND ONE’S NEIGHBORS.
THE REASONS FOR THE REGULATIONS ARE BECAUSE OF A SPECIAL INTEREST ON PRESERVING NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE CREATION OF HARMONY BETWEEN THE SEA, THE LAGOON AND THE RESIDENTIAL AREA FOR ALL CONCERNED. THE PHILOSOPHY OF THIS PROJECT IS BASED ON LIVING IN AND WITH NATURE WHERE THE VISUAL ATTRACTIONS ARE THE NATURAL ELEMENTS AND NOT JUST THE CONSTRUCTIONS PLACED THERE, BUT WHERE THE PLEASURE OF LIVING IN NATURE IS EXPERIENCED AND ENHANCED BY THE ENJOYMENT OF THE LANDSCAPE.
